Cap and Gown Ordering
Students must fill out the Jostens' online form by Friday, February 27 in order to receive their cap and gown. Cap and gowns are paid for by Pallotti and there is no additional cost.
Caps, Gowns, and Graduation Tickets will be distributed on
May 13-15.
Important Senior Events
SENIOR CLASS PICTURE/PINNING CEREMONY | April 22
The Senior Class Picture will be taken on April 22 prior to the Junior/Senior Pinning Ceremony. This is a memorable moment for all seniors, as it captures their final year together as a class. Parents and family members are welcome to come to the Ceremony. Please arrive at 10:00 am. To make this moment memorable, we ask all seniors to follow the dress code guidelines.
To ensure that everyone looks their best in the picture, we kindly request that you adhere to the dress code guidelines provided. While you are allowed to dress out of uniform on this day, please note that certain clothing items are not permitted. Specifically, sweatpants, running pants, ripped jeans, and tight and revealing clothing should be avoided.
SENIOR DECISION DAY | April 30
The Parent Guild will once again host our annual Decision Day Assembly to celebrate the future endeavors of our graduating seniors. On this day, seniors may proudly showcase their post–high school plans by wearing a shirt or sweatshirt representing their chosen college, university, or career path. Family and friends are welcome to attend. More details will be shared in the coming months.

SENIOR CLASS TRIP | May 1
Each year, the senior class takes a trip together. Past destinations have included Six Flags and Kings Dominion. The destination and cost (in the past the cost has been $50) will be decided by the class and shared as we approach the date.

AP EXAMS | May 4 - 15
The AP exams are scheduled to take place from May 4 to May 15. To participate in the exams, there is a fee of $99.00 per exam. To make the payment process easier, we have created a link for you to submit your payment.
Please ensure that the exam fees are paid prior to April 30 in order to avoid any complications with your student taking their AP Exam Unpaid exam fees will result in your student not being able to take the AP Exam. Please note: unpaid exam fees will prevent students from sitting for their AP exam.
PROM | May 8
This year's prom will be held on May 8 at the Atrium at Port Discovery. The event will take place from 8pm to 11pm. To ensure everyone can fully enjoy this occasion, please note that there will be no school on the day of prom.
There will be no school sponsored Post prom event.
If your student wishes to bring a student from another school as their guest, a student verification form must be filled out 2 days prior to prom. Guests will not be allowed to enter unless this form has been completed ahead of time.
SENIOR EXAMS | May 11 - 15
Senior exams are from
May 11 - May 15. The exam schedule can be found in the student handbook or on our website calendar. There is a long standing tradition at Pallotti that second semester,
seniors who earn a grade of 90% or above in Quarter 3 and in Quarter 4 are exempt from the final exam in a given class.
SENIOR AWARD CEREMONY | May 18
Join us on May 18 at 7:00 PM as we celebrate and honor the achievements of our seniors! The program will include student speakers, athletic awards, and community service recognitions. This year, the ceremony will be held at school at 7:00 pm. Family and friends are welcome to attend as well.
Tickets will be available to purchase at the end of April.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL | May 19
Attendance at graduation rehearsal is mandatory for all students.
- Arrival at school: 10:00 am.
- Transportation provided to and from the Basilica.
- Students return after lunchtime.
- Dress code: modest and conservative. No sweatpants, running pants, ripped jeans, flip flops, Crocs, or tight/revealing clothing. Students dressed inappropriately will be asked to return home and change.
SENIOR CELEBRATIONS | May 19
After students return from graduation rehearsal, there will be a Senior Celebration. The entire senior class is invited to enjoy an afternoon of bounce houses, food, music, and more.

GRADUATION | May 20
Graduation will be held at the Basilica of the National Shrine in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 am.
- Each student receives 5 tickets for preferred seating.
- Additional family and friends are welcome; no ticket required for general seating.
- Dress code: the same modest, conservative guidelines as rehearsal.

SERVICE HOURS
Requirement: 20 hours of community service per year.

GRADUATION FORMS
As January approaches, forms requiring parent/guardian signatures will be sent home. Each form will include a clear deadline. Please return all forms by the due date to ensure all graduation arrangements are in place.
OUTSTANDING FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
All financial obligations—including tuition, AP fees, athletic fees/athletic uniforms, or missing padlock fees—must be settled before seniors receive diplomas and final transcripts. Contact the Business Office if you have questions.
YEARBOOK ADS
Each year, parents have the opportunity to purchase yearbook ads to celebrate their seniors. These ads will be featured in the 2026 yearbook and can include:
- Pictures
- Congratulatory comments
- Words of wisdom
