Students must fill out the Jostens' online form by January 19, 2024 in order to receive their cap and gown. Cap and gowns are paid for by Pallotti and there is no additional cost.

Cap and gown will be handed out to students the week of May 13, along with graduation tickets.

Important Senior Events

SENIOR CLASS PICTURE  |  April 16

The Senior Class Picture will be taken on April 16, immediately following the Junior/Senior Pinning Ceremony. This is a memorable moment for all seniors, as it captures their final year together as a class.

To ensure that everyone looks their best in the picture, we kindly request that you adhere to the dress code guidelines provided. While you are allowed to dress out of uniform on this day, please note that certain clothing items are not permitted. Specifically, sweatpants, running pants, ripped jeans, and tight and revealing clothing should be avoided.

AP EXAMS  |  May 6 - 16

The AP exams are scheduled to take place from May 6 to May 16. To participate in the exams, there is a fee of $98.00 per exam. To make the payment process easier, we have created a link for you to submit your payment.

Please ensure that the exam fees are paid prior to graduation in order to avoid any complications. It's important to note that if fees remain unpaid, a financial hold will be placed on the student's account. This means that they will not receive their diploma, and their final transcript will not be sent to their college.

PROM  |  May 10

This year's prom will be held on May 10 at Ten Oaks Ballroom in Clarksville. The event will take place from 7pm to 11pm. To ensure everyone can fully enjoy this occasion, please note that there will be no school on the day of prom.

We understand you may have questions regarding any Post-prom event. At this time, our Parent Guild is researching and determining if such an event can be offered this year. We will keep you informed as soon as plans are made.

SENIOR EXAMS  |  May 13 - 16

Senior exams are from May 13 - May 16. The exam schedule can be found in the student handbook or on our website calendar. There is a long standing tradition at Pallotti that second semester, seniors who earn a grade of 90% or above in quarter 3 and in Quarter 4 are exempt from the final exam in a given class.

SENIOR BANQUET  |  May 20

Join us on May 20 at Ten Oaks Ballroom for a night of celebration as we honor the achievements of our senior class. The evening includes student speakers, athletic awards, community service awards, scholarships, a sit-down dinner, and more. Family and friends are invited to attend.

Tickets will be available to purchase at the end of April.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL  |  May 21

Rehearsal will be held on May 21. It is mandatory that each student attends. Students should arrive at school by 7:45am. We will provide transportation to and from the Basilica for all students. Students should arrive back to school after lunchtime. Students can dress out of uniform on this day but must dress modestly and conservatively.

No sweatpants, running pants, ripped jeans, flip flops, crocs, or tight and revealing clothing will be permitted.

If students show up to school not dressed appropriately, they will be asked to leave and come back dressed accordingly.

SENIOR CLASS TRIP  |  May 3

The seniors will be travelling to Kings Dominion on Friday, May 3. The buses will be leaving the school at 7:00am and students will be returning to the school at 8:30pm.

COLLEGE DECISION DAY  |  May 1

Once again, the Parent Guild will be hosting our annual College Decision Day to celebrate the future endeavors of our graduating seniors. This day allows seniors to proudly showcase their post-high school plans by wearing a shirt or sweatshirt representing their chosen college, university, or career path.

There will be a full school assembly, as well as separate periods for seniors to celebrate with each other.
