If you think you have qualified to earn a Bronze, Silver or Gold Medal of honor for service, please see Mrs. Vawter. If you have not properly documented your service you are not eligible.  Every record must have a name, date, service activity, organizations name, description of service and most importantly, the name and contact information of your direct supervisor in the description of service.
