Guidance Counseling

Our guidance services include academic counseling, career awareness, college search and placement, and personal and social development. Counselors meet with the students on a regular basis to stay up-to-date with academic and social concerns. Appointments can be arranged by student, parent or teacher request.

Renee Duckworth
Mrs. Renee Duckworth is the Director of the Guidance Department and is the counselor for juniors and seniors. Mrs. Duckworth holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and English Education from Fairmont State University and a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from West Virginia University.

Jessica Scheffer
Mrs. Jessica Scheffer is the counselor for our freshman and sophomore classes. She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. She earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University.
