Courtney graduated with a degree in Sports Medicine with minors in Human Biology and Business in 1999 from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Board certified in July 2000 as an Athletic Trainer. (also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) Previously employed with Metro Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Silver Spring, MD/McLean School, Potomac, MD, and Dunbar High School, Washington, DC. Joined Pallotti High School in 2003 and teaches Intro to Sports Medicine in addition to Athletic Training duties.
