The Director of Advancement is responsible for all aspects of the advancement program which includes annual, capital and planned giving, alumni relations and special events.
Candidates should have: 1) strong belief in Catholic education and support of the mission of St. Vincent Pallotti High School 2) superior organizational, interpersonal, and writing and communication skills, 3) a proven track record in managing a staff and working with volunteers, 4) demonstrable experience in annual, capital and planned giving, fund raising and database management.
A minimum of five years of development experience is required. As a member of the school’s Administrative Team, the Director of Advancement will report directly to the President/Principal and work with the Advancement Committee of the Board to provide leadership, strategic direction and coordination of a comprehensive fundraising program that supports the school’s long-range strategic initiatives.
